Hydropaws aims to provide an extra special boarding experience for your dog, unlike most kennels we like to take the dogs out for walks several times a day, they get to experience different sights and smells out on the farm which is great for their mental well being whilst their owners are away.  We want them to enjoy the fresh air and play in the paddocks.  We welcome you to come and visit and see how dogs boarding at Hydropaws experience the best.

Hydropaws provides the opportunity for your dog to have a luxury holiday whilst you are away on yours. With only a small number of luxury kennels available to boarders Hydropaws offers individual and specialised care for your dog.            

 

  

Guests have their own kennel and run, furnished to 5 star standard with comfy beds, heating and an outside deck where they can relax and rejuvenate. Native bird song and the views of Pirongia mountain are unrivalled and guests enjoy walks around 300 acres of scenic countryside and shady woodlands twice daily.

   

At Hydropaws we take time to find as much information as possible about your dog and aim to keep your dog in a routine as similar as possible to at home. A wide range of diets can be catered for ranging from fresh meat to premium dry foods with the emphasis on providing quality nutrition for your dog.

Our aim is to keep your dog happy and mentally stimulated during its stay whilst optimising well-being. Additional play sessions or training sessions can be incorporated into the boarding package chosen.  Click here to see a the daily routine for a dog staying at Hydropaws.  Hydropaws is suited to long term boarders as their environment and lifestyle is similar to being in a home environment.  For long term boarders a collection and delivery service is available throughout the Auckland/Waikato region.

Hydropaws has many optional extras and boarding packages available to boarders which includes weight loss, fitness and conditioning, hydrotherapy and massage, gun dog training and rehabilitation programmes utilising the facilities of the rehabilitation centre. Hydropaws is able to cater for dogs requiring high levels of care including recumbent dogs, those with limited mobility or incontinent dogs and is happy to administer any medication the dogs are on.

Grooming, nail clipping, nutritional advice, day care, week day boarding and a drop off and collection service are some of the additional services available at Hydropaws. As Hydropaws offers a highly individual service discounted rates are available for small dogs, dual occupancy or multiple dog bookings.
